In Germany the first substance for consumption in the treatment of depression is the herb hypericum perforatum - St. John''s Wort, which is the "prozac of nature."

Dosage and method of use
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day during meals. Swallowed unchewed with a little water. After 2 weeks, 1 tablet 2 times a day.
