Usage Instructions:

Aromatherapy Diffusion

Thanks to their beneficial properties, essential oils can help you relax after a tiring day, focus while performing tasks requiring mental clarity, or energize you. They can also be used to ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere by neutralizing unwanted odors.

1. Light the tea light and place it in the base of the APIVITA Ceramic Essential Oil Diffuser.
2. Add a few drops of essential oil into water, and within minutes the essential oil will begin to diffuse into the air.

Dosage:
1–8 drops in a small amount of water. Always ensure there is water in the aromatherapy device.

Massage

Massage is one of the oldest therapeutic methods and a primary practical application of aromatherapy. Essential oils penetrate the skin through massage movements, offering toning, revitalization, or relaxation.

1. Add essential oil or oil blends to a base oil (e.g., APIVITA Natural Almond Oil or Massage Blend) and mix thoroughly.
2. Apply the oil in gentle circular motions on the body for a soothing massage experience.

Dosage:
30–35 drops in 100 ml of base oil.

Precautions:

• Essential oils are highly concentrated substances and can be harmful if not used carefully. If in doubt, consult your doctor or an experienced aromatherapist.
• Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Never use essential oils undiluted on the skin. Always dilute them in a suitable base oil or water, such as in a bath.
• Some oils may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, always perform an allergy test by applying a small amount of diluted essential oil on the inside of your arm and waiting 24 hours for a reaction.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight or solariums for over 12 hours after applying citrus-based essential oils.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor or an experienced aromatherapist before use.
• Use extreme caution when applying essential oils to infants and children under 12. Many oils are unsuitable for this age group, and appropriate oils should be used only in small, diluted amounts.

• Essential oils are flammable; keep them away from open flames.

• Avoid prolonged use in unventilated areas, and never leave the device unattended.
