Instructions Use
It is recommended that 1 spray with Aquasol Vitamin D Oral Spray the day corresponding to 400 IU vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Multiple sprays are recommended  in case a higher dosage is needed. It is administered sublingual or inside the cheek. It is taken at any time in the day, regardless of food intake.
