Precautions :
- REP Band can cause injuries if it is not used properly
- Don't use it as a tape that can be thrown towards the head and eyes.
- Check the REP Band before the use for defects or damages.
- Avoid the use if you find holes or cuts as it may be cut during exercise.
- Do not use sharp objects with the REP Band
Advice:
- For exercises where it is needed to tie the REP Bands into a loop, create a half bow or knot.
- Make sure that the knot or bow is secure before starting the exercise.
- Wear long socks to avoid leg hair pulling
- Don't tighten your locks. Always keep your elbows and knees slightly bent.
- Don't hold your breath.
- You need to have proper alignment in your body during the exercise keeping a standing position. Your shoulders should be back and your body straight
