USE
Use in Aromatherapy:
For tension, stress and nervousness : Add 5 drops sage in ceramic device for essential oils. Add 5 drops of sage in 10ml of almond oil and apply on the back , neck and temples twice a day .
For menstrual pain , premenstrual symptoms or during menopause : Add 5 drops of sage oil in 10ml of almond . Massage abdomen and waist twice a day .
For toning : Add 35 drops to 100ml sage and laurel oil and massage the head.
To create a romantic , sensual atmosphere : Add 4 drops of sage with 6 drops jasmine and 2 drops of geranium essential oil to air diffuser .

Instructions and Safety:
Avoid contact with eyes . Rinse well if the essential oils reach the eye area .
