USE

Use in Aromatherapy :
For removal of stress and tension : add 5 drops of geranium essential oil in the diffuser for essential oils.
For cellulite and fluid retention : add 6 drops of geranium essential oil in the bath .
For smooth skin : Add 35 drops of geranium essential oil to 100ml of almond oil and use it to massage .
For facial rejuvenation : add 15 drops of geranium essential oil to 50ml of jojoba oil and apply on face , ideally before bedtime .
For herpes : irrigate one cotton swab with 1 drop of geranium essential oil and apply it to the area 3 times a day .
Speaking : before making a speech in public or at any event that causes you anxiety or nervousness breathe a little geranium essential oil with a handkerchief or directly from the bottle .
