USE

Use in Aromatherapy :
Nervousness , irritability and anxiety : Add 6 drops of essential oil of marjoram in the ceramic device for essential oils.
Relief from insomnia and periods with extreme stress : Add 6 drops to a bath before bedtime.
For muscular or rheumatic pains : Add 5 drops in 10ml calendula oil and apply on the area that is no problem .
If you have cramps and swelling of the abdomen during the period: mantouranas Add 5 drops in 10ml of almond oil and massage the belly area .
After intense physical exercise : Peostheste 35 drops in 100ml almond oil , or alternatively 20 drops with 15 drops of eucalyptus. Massage your body or the aching muscles .

Avoid contact with eyes . In case of contact rinse with plenty of water .
Do not eat for internal use unless you have the advice of a physician , pharmacist or an experienced aromatherapist .
