Traditionally it was used to calm minor gastric upsets and for its cosmetic properties. How to use: Place an infusion filter in the cup or glass and pour boiling water over it. Let it brew 5 minutes before drinking. Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, away from strong smells and protected from light.
