Instructions for use
Take 3 tablets of A.Vogel Urticalcin Vitamin D 2 times daily before meals. The daily recommended dose (6 tablets) provides:
65 mg calcium (oyster shell powder)
34 mg of fresh concentrated nettle juice
5 ΅g of Vitamin D3 (100% of RDA)
Ingredients
Sorbitol, calcium carbonate (oyster shell powder), mannitol, nettle juice (Urtica dioica.L), magnesium salts of fatty acids, maltodextrin, natural vitamin D3 powder (lichens).
