Use
Shake well before each use, the first time press the pump 3 times to start the flow. Sprinkle with caution inside the cheek, or alternatively under the tongue, 1 spray per day regardless of the time taken. Keep the result of spray for 6-7 seconds in the mouth before you swallow. close the lid before each use.
