CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser Gel 473ml is a foaming cleansing gel specially formulated for skin with blemishes, blackheads and acne-prone skin, as well as oily or combination skin prone to excessive shine. Its formula contains 2% salicylic acid, which helps remove dead skin cells and unclog pores, while the oil-absorbing technology helps control excess oil and shine.
Its refreshing texture transforms from a gel into a foam upon application, providing effective cleansing while helping to maintain the skin's protective barrier. The formula also contains 3 essential ceramides, niacinamide, glycerin and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, ingredients that help care for the skin and maintain its balance.
2% salicylic acid is a BHA widely used in the care of oily and blemish-prone skin. It helps gently exfoliate the skin's surface and cleanse the pores, helping to improve the appearance of blackheads and blemishes.
The oil-absorbing technology and purifying clay help absorb excess oil, leaving the skin looking cleaner and less shiny. This makes it particularly suitable as a cleanser for oily, blemish-prone skin.
CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser cleanses the skin and helps unclog pores, removing impurities and excess oil. Regular skincare with products containing salicylic acid can be particularly beneficial for skin prone to blackheads and whiteheads.
The formula contains niacinamide, glycerin and hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, ingredients widely used in skincare to help care for and hydrate the skin.
Use the cleanser on wet skin. Apply a small amount to the face and gently massage until it lathers. Avoid the eye area, then rinse thoroughly with water.
CeraVe recommends using the cleanser daily, morning and evening.
As the formula contains salicylic acid, if you are also using other products containing exfoliating acids or active ingredients, it is advisable to introduce them gradually into your skincare routine according to your skin's needs and tolerance.
