Formula antiinflammatory.

The Bromeact is a natural anti-inflammatory composition formula, which also reduces swelling caused by inflammation. Main components are bromelain, a pentacyclic triterpene and cumarin. specifically:

Bromelain (Bromelain) helps to increase the production of prostaglandins in inflammatory action. Prevents briefly time converting kininogen to quinine. Stimulates the PGE 1, i.e. the selective inhibition of platelet aggregation and blood clotting. Prevents the creation of local edema due to fibrinolytic activity that develops in interaction with lipoxygenase via plasminogen (strengthens create plasmin), which breaks down fibrin clots (fibrinolysis).

The pentacyclic triterpene (Boswellic Acid) inhibits the production of 5-lipoxygenase selectively, hindering the synthesis of leukotriene B4 (reception phase of chronic inflammation), as well as leukotrienes C4, D4, E4 (phase of acute inflammation receptors). Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) inhibit the synthesis of gastroprotective prostaglandins, which is not happening with the pentacyclic triterpene. Prevents for polymorphonuclear their bit to shift and proteolytic enzymes released.

The cumarin positive effect on the lymphatic system because of the possibility to increase the proteolytic activity of macrophages. By reducing the catabolism of catecholamines (adrenaline) in vascular level, helps to constrict the blood vessels better and reduce swelling and pain.
