Dosage and method of use
Adults (over 12y.o.): Take 2 chewable tablets after each main meal.
Children 6-12 years: 1 chewable tablet after each main meal.
Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth or chew slowly. Then you can drink and a little water.

Keep the product in dry and cool, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep away from children.
Caution: during pregnancy or breastfeeding consult your doctor before taking it.
