Ingredients: saw palmetto berry extract, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. The extract of the plant Serenoa repens (saw palmetto) contains ingredients that act as inhibitors of the enzyme 5a-reductase. The usual dose is 320 mg extract (a soft gel capsule) daily for six months, preferably with food.
