Melatonin is a hormone produced by the brain and contributes to the regulation of sleep and treat insomnia.
By darkness activates the synthesis and secretion of melatonin in the brain and the light switched off.
Just before sleep at night, the concentration of melatonin in the blood is maximized.
At the same time can help the travel (jet lag), when disrupted biological cycle.

Instructions for use:
For insomnia: Melatonine 1000 1 tablet daily with a glass of water 1 hour before bedtime.
For jet lag: 1 tablet daily with a glass of water before bedtime, the first day of your trip and the next few days, until they reduce the effects of jet lag.
Do not exceed the daily dose as it may, among other things cause laxative effect. Do not become uptake by pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and persons under medication without first to have medical attention. Do driven 4-5 hours after taking melatonin.
