Use:
Shake well before use and remove the protective cap.Introduce the nasal applicator gently in the nostril and press the pump.Let drain the excess solution in orderto extrct mucus and then blow the nose.Repeat to the other nostril.Clean the pump and let it dry.You can use it as often as needed
