Genecom Terra Prost Plus is a dietary supplement with Serenoa Repens or Saw Palmetto for men's urinary and prostate health.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common condition in men over 45 years old, characterized by various symptoms such as frequent, delayed onset or painful urination.
Saw Palmetto is a plant, rich in phytosterols, that studies show can help protect the urinary tract and relieve the symptoms of benign hyperplasia. Its action is due to the inhibition of a 5-α-reductase enzyme that participates in the formation of dihydrotestosterone, the hormone responsible for the enlargement of the prostate gland. It helps normal urine flow and good bladder emptying.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of saw palmetto as a traditional herbal remedy to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty on the onset of urination or frequent urination.
Dosage
1 softgel daily.
Instructions of use
To be taken with a glass of water, usually after a meal or as directed by your doctor.
Cautions
Keep out of reach of small children.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
It is not recommended for use in women of reproductive age and in adolescents of both sexes.
