The Serotoni provides the amino acid 5HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) which helps produce serotonin, a neurotransmitter that supports maintaining balanced mood, behavior, energy, good memory and tranquility, also promoting the peaceful sleep. The cofactors, vitamins and minerals also help the body to produce adequate amounts of serotonin.

Dosage for capsule 50mg: 1-2 capsules a day (children over 5 years 1 capsule every other day, children over 8 years 1 capsule daily) preferably before bedtime with a carbohydrate snack.
Dosage for the capsule of 100mg: 1 capsule (children over 8 years 1 capsule every other day), preferably at bedtime with a carbohydrate snack. Not recommended for pregnant and nursing women, and people from using appetite suppressants containing Fenfluramine (fenfluramine) and if you take SSRIs. May cause drowsiness, do not drive or operate machinery. In very few cases can cause gastrointestinal dissatisfaction which resolves with dose reduction.
