USE

Instructions - Dosage : Shake well before use . Adults - 1 tsp (4mL) 3-4 times daily. Children - 1/ 4 to 1/2 tsp (1-2mL) 3-4 times daily. It can also be diluted in any hot beverage ( tea, chamomile , linden, sage , marshmallow , elder , etc. ) . Store at room temperature . Best before the expiration date.
