Each chewable , hypoallergenic tablet contains 250 mg of vitamin C from Acerola concentrated extract , 50 mg of lemon bioflavonoids , 12,5 mg of concentrated black currant, 12,5 mg extract green pepper , 2,5 mg rutin . Natural sweetened with fructose .

O fruit of acerola ( Malphighia glabra) is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. The natives of South America used traditionally acerola to treat colds . O rosehip (rose hips) is another rich source of vitamin C. It also contains carotenoids ( beta carotene , lycopene , zeaxanthin , lutein , etc. ) , bioflavonoids , polyphenols , pectins . Used primarily the fruit of species Rosa mosqueta, R. canina, R. rugoza.

Remark : The chewable tablets are a delicious way to get both vitamin C, and other nutrients . However contain sweeteners , which decomposed by bacteria in the mouth , producing acids that can damage the tooth enamel .
