Each chewable , hypoallergenic tablet contains 500 mg of vitamin C from Acerola concentrated extract , 100 mg of lemon bioflavonoids , 25 mg of concentrated black currant, 25 mg green pepper extract , 5 mg rutin . Natural sweetened with fructose .

O fruit of acerola ( Malphighia glabra) is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C. The natives of South America used traditionally acerola to treat colds . O rosehip (rose hips) is another rich source of vitamin C. It also contains carotenoids ( beta carotene , lycopene , zeaxanthin , lutein , etc. ) , bioflavonoids , polyphenols , pectins . Used primarily the fruit of species Rosa mosqueta, R. canina, R. rugoza.
Remark : The chewable tablets are a delicious way to get both vitamin C, and other nutrients .
