Natural soy lecithin granules, containing 95-98% phosphatides, and to 33% of polyunsaturated fatty acids. It also contains significant amounts of valuable components, such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin E. These ingredients are not additive, but derived from soybeans, and is not lost during the export process, because of the advanced technique used. It does not contain oil.
