The Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from Natto, a traditional Japanese soy food.

The Natto has been consumed safely for thousands of years for its numerous health benefits.

More recent clinical and nonclinical studies have shown that Nattokinase supports heart health and promotes healthy circulation.

The Nattokinase dissolves existing clots (thrombosis) in the dissolution of fibrin linking platelets together.

The Natto act as plasmin, the only enzyme produced by the human body, which breaks down fibrin.

As we age, production of plasmin decreases, making supplementation the ideal replacement for natto.

The Nattokinase also enhances the production of plasmin and other blood clotting factors, including ourokinasis.

The Nattokinase has been shown to reduce blood pressure levels.

Studies have shown that it lowers blood pressure by inhibiting the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE).

The ACE makes blood vessels narrow and blood pressure to rise.

The ability of Nattokinase to inhibit ACE, therefore, has an effect on lowering blood pressure.

In antiquity the natto was also used for the antibacterial action to prevent cholera, typhoid and dysentery.
