Instructions for use:
Before each use, shake the bottle.
Use the measuring cap

Adults and children 13 years of age: Take 20 ml once a day before meals
Children 3 to 5 years: Once a day by 5 ml
Children from 6-12 years: Once a day 10 ml

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
