Instructions: Take 1 capsule daily preventive and 2-3 capsules per day at the onset of symptoms. Free of: sugar, lactose, gluten, preservatives and fragrances. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be taken as a substitute for a balanced diet.
