INDICATIONS
Cod liver oil is a good source of Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA, which contribute to the normal function of the heart, maintaining the good cholesterol levels. Additionally, these nutrients minimize inflammation, stiffness and joint pain associated with arthritis. These beneficial effect is obtained with intake of at least 250 mg EPA and DHA per day. Finally, enriched with Vitamins A and D, the dietary supplement Quest cod liver oil, assist in normal functioning of the immune system. Contains no hydrogenated fats, artificial preservatives, colors and flavors, added starch, sugar, lactose, salt, yeast, wheat and gluten.

INSTRUCTIONS
The product is in capsules. Each pack contains 30 capsules. As a dietary supplement, taken one to two capsules daily with meals with water.
