How to Use:
- Check the Expiration Date
- Relax your cheeks by massaging gently for 15-30 seconds with your fingers
- Keep your mouth closed.At first put your tongue on the palate, then on the lower jaw and then rotate it to your gums in order to create a sufficient amount of saliva in the oral cavity.
- Spit genty inside the bottle
- Hold the Pipette Vertically and pump the saliva
- Transfuse 3 drops of Saliva into the test tube
- Open the Buffer Vial and pour it all into the Test Tube
- Close the tube with the cap
- Shake the test tube well
- Place the cassete on a flat and clean surface
