Remove existing insoles of your shoes before use.

Instructions for use:
Remove existing insoles of shoes. Cut sports insoles Scholl Gelactiv along the lines the bottom of your shoe number.
The line A corresponds to number 40, B 41.5, the C 42.5, D 44 and R at 45. The full length of the bottom corresponds to number 46.5. You can use the soles of your shoes as a guide.
Replace them when they notice signs of wear
To clean the insoles use a damp cloth with soap. Do not put them under water.
