The Solgar company BCAA are branched chain amino acids BCAA ''s, i.e. L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine. Constitute part of muscle tissue and help to repair, development and restoration after exercise. Moreover, this food supplement contains vitamin B6, which in combination with the amino acids BCAA ''s used in diseases of the nerves and muscles. The BCAA ''s are detected at a rate of 99% as a structural component of various proteins and only 1% as free amino acids. Skeletal muscle oxidizes only 6 amino acids, of which three are the BCAA ''s.
