This is the Butchers Broom (Ruscus aculeatus), dietary supplement of Solgar, which is beneficial due to the vasoconstrictive properties show. It helps to strengthen the walls of blood vessels and improve circulation in the legs. Used in cases of hemorrhoids and varicose veins.

About the Ruscus:
It is endemic in the Mediterranean, Europe and Africa. It is still known as "the butcher broom" (butcher''s broom).
