INDICATIONS
The L-Theanine (Gamma-ethylamino-L-glutamic acid), is a non-proteinaceous amino acid found almost exclusively in tea (especially green tea). The other source is a mushroom called Boletus (formerly Xerocomus) badius. As the body responsible for special and refreshing taste of green tea (which in Japan is called "umami"), scientific studies have shown that causes irritation of alpha brain waves that are responsible for the condition known as "stimulating peace" (ie loose but not sleepy).

The amino acid present in green tea, it is recommended to maintain a calm and peaceful state in the body, without reducing energy and alertness without causing drowsiness. USAGE
