USAGE
The Solgar Ultimate Bone Support is in stock in the form of tablets. Each pack contains 120 tablets. The recommended dosage is 1-4 tablets from Ultimate Bone Support of Solgar daily preferably with meals. Concomitant taking multivitamin VM-75 and VM-2000.
