Recommended daily intake:
Children over 3 years: 1 gummy bear. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Suitable for adults as well.

Warnings:
Do not take if you suffer from asthma or have an allergy to propolis (pollen or bee products). Consumption in children, especially those with difficulty swallowing/dysphagia, should always be supervised by an adult. Advise children to chew the gummies well before swallowing. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach but rather during or after a meal.
