Omega-3 Fish Oil is an O3 enteric-coated high-performance double-molar distillate fish oil. It strengthens the brain''s brain functions, protects the cell wall and helps reduce triglycerides. It also has strong anti-inflammatory action, protects the cardiovascular system and regulates cholesterol.
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for optimal health, but our body can not produce them and we need to take them out of our diet.
Omega-3 are among the polyunsaturated fat and are divided into 2 categories:
• In alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) found in plant foods such as linseed
• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), contained in fish and seafood
The main difference between O3 herbal origin and fish oil is that our EPA and DHA are taken up by the foods that contain them, while alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is converted into EPA and DHA into our body but in low conversion rate. (EPA 0.2-8% and DHA 0.05%.)
