The Forcapil is a supplement with vitamins B complex, vitamin D amino acids (methionine and cysteine) and zinc. Zinc supports the normal composition of keratin and helps maintain beautiful, healthy nails. Vitamin B8 helps to maintain beautiful, soft, strong, shiny and healthy hair.

Use
Taken orally, with proteinomeni dosage: 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
