Part used: Leaves. In Afrikaans Rooibos means ''Red Bush'', and the plant from which it comes has nothing to do with the tea plant. This is a South African plant currently grown in over 140 countries. The infusion obtained has a very pleasant mildly sweet taste to it. It contains no caffeine, meaning even children can take it. It is used as an antioxidant and remineralizer. It is also widely used as a complement in slimming diets. How to use: Place an infusion filter in the cup or glass and pour boiling water over it. Let it brew 5 minutes before drinking. Storage: Keep in a cool dry place, away from strong smells and protected from light.
