The Po-Ho oil was one of the first and most beloved compositions physician Dr.. Alfred Vogel. Contains five essential oils composition of fresh herbs:
-Menta 50%
-Efkalyptos 30%
-Agriokyparissos 14%
-Kymino 4%
-Marathos 2%
The name comes from Po-Ho, Chinese (Mandarin) word for peppermint, which is the basis of five essential oils in this refreshing combination of oils.
The key feature of essential oils is that evaporate at room temperature - this is why they smell so good. They can be applied directly on the skin for massage or treatment with essential oils at home or the gym (a few drops in a ladle for the sauna).
Apart from imparting beautiful and relaxing fragrance, essential oils can also help your body in other ways, which are the basis for aromatherapy.

Dosage and method of use
If nose: Place 3-5 drops on a tissue and inhale or put in a bowl of warm water 10 drops Po-Ho oil and inhale the vapors. In sore throat: Put 5-10 drops in a glass of water and gargle. The Po-Ho oil can also be dissolved in another oil and used to massage the breast or to other areas where there is muscle pain.
If headache: Lightly massage the temples with 3-5 drops Po Ho oil.
