Lamberts Silica Complete 60Tabs

Silica Complete is a specially formulated formula from the Lamberts Department of Science as it contains Zinc (helps maintain hair and nail health *), Biotin (helps maintain skin health *) and Vitamin C (helps in normal synthesis) of collagen *). Collagen is the main and most important protein of the human skin and at the same time the most important protein of the human body.
At the same time, MSM (Methylsulfomethane), a naturally occurring component containing sulfur and a high amount of silicon, has been added, which is one of the major trace elements for connective tissue structure and integrity. Lamberts silicon is of natural origin as it comes from plant silicon (Bamboo gum). Vegetable silicon is the richest (offering 75% organic silicon) and bioavailable silicon in the world and the form in which the majority of published clinical trials have been conducted.

Instructions for use
Take 1 Silica Complete tablet half an hour a day after eating.
