The Milestone is one of the highest phenolic oils internationally. The chemical composition of high-fainolikoy olive oil contains fatty acids with high content in oleic acid, linoleic acid, Palmitic acid and stearic acid. Contains hydrocarbons such as squalene which is the precursor of the biosynthesis of sterols and powerful antioxidants like α-tocopherol (vitamin e), carotenoids (beta-carotene) and phenols (tyrosoli and hydroxy-tyrosoli).

MILESTONE ® is one of the most antioxidant olive oils internationally. It is the first high-phenolic olive oil available in Pharmacies and Health Stores in Greece and abroad. Certified by the Department of Pharmacognosy in the University of Athens, Greece in accordance with the EU REG 432/2012. It protects the blood lipds from oxidative stress. It is rich in antioxidants such as oleocanthal and oleuropein. These plant substances can help reduce the oxidative damage caused to our bodies by high levels of blood sugar. New on-going research reveals the neuroprotective and cardiovascular benefical effects of MILESTONE ® olive oil and its phenolic constituents.
Receive orally 10 ml every morning on empty stomach. Use the dosage cup contained in the package. This product is designed for at least 25 dosages.

The daily consumption of 20 gr of the analyzed olive oil sample, provides at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives (>5 mg). Consequently, the oil belongs to the category of oils that protect the blood lipids from oxidative stress, according to the Regulation 432/2012 of the European Union. It should be noted that oleocanthal and oleacein present important biological activity. They have been related with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity.
