Activated charcoal is known from ancient times for its adsorptive properties, which in turn give sanitizing and detoxifying properties. Because of these properties, it is also useful in the adsorption of liquid associated with diarrhea onset.

Activated charcoal to be taken orally, 1 capsule in the morning and one at night, with two hours distance concomitant medications.
