How to Use for Adults & Children:

Clean your nose before using Sinomarin Cold & Flu relief.

Remove the protective cap violating safety sticker .

Place the tip of the groove at the top of the bottle .

Bend the neck gently forward over a surface water concentration ( eg sink) and turn your head to the right .

Gently place the tip of the bottle into the left nostril and press down firmly .

Turn your head to the other side and repeat the same process in the other nostril .

Remove the tip of the nose and return to the upright position for a few seconds , leaving the solution into the nose to act. Then blow well .

Repeat the procedure if necessary.

Remove the tip of the bottle , rinse it with warm water and pat dry . Repeat after each use.
