How to Use for Adults & Children

Clean your nose before using Sinomarin ® Cold & Flu relief.

Remove the protective cap .

Keep the vertical and spray a few times to activate the injection pump .

Bend the neck gently forward, over a surface water concentration ( eg sink) and turn your head to the right .

Gently insert the tip into the left nostril and press once.

Turn your head to the other side and repeat the same process in the other nostril .

Remove the tip of the nose . Return to the upright position for a few seconds , leaving the solution into the nose to act, and then blow it well .

Repeat the process if necessary .

Rinse the dropper with hot water and dry it . Repeat after each use.
