Instructions for use
Open the Relief Hot Patch package and remove the pad.
Immediately immerse the pad in lukewarm water to activate the thermal agent.
Remove the transparent protective film.
Put the patch to the desired point by applying it well. Wait 10 to 15 minutes to feel the heat effect.
Let the patch work for 24 hours.
Then if necessary it can be replaced with a new one without the need for some time.
If you need a smaller size cut it with scissors.
